The 2009 Uniontown Lions club festival is Aug 12^th – 15^th

On Cleveland Avenue Just North of the Square (Rt. 619)In Uniontown – Free Parking – Free Admission! This year’s festival is bigger and better than ever with more booths, new games and more food. All proceeds go to support Lions Club charities, celebrating Over 60 Years of community service.

• Wednesday, August 12 – 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm

  Come out for the start of the festival: Carnival rides, Dice Wheel, Under/Over, UBA Business Tent, Corn Hole, Instant Bingo.

  7:15 – 8:15 pm  – Legendary Illusions of Angeloni – Magic! in the Entertainment Tent
  7:00 – 9:00 pm  – Free Glaucoma Screening – in the Lions Tent
  9:00 – 10:15 pm -  United Methodist Church Brass Ensemble in the Entertainment Tent
  All Night  – $9.00 Ride All Night passes

• Thursday, August 13 – 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm

  2:00 – 3:00 pm  – Bike Decorating Contest – The judging and line up starts Saturday at 2:00 on Hill St between Grovemont and Sweitzer. Please have any bicycle entrant dropped off at Grovemont and Hill St. All the bicycle entrants just show up they do not need to pre-register.
  2:00 – 3:00 pm – Pet Contest – at Uniontown Veterinary Clinic on Cleveland Avenue
  3:00 pm – Parade on Cleveland Avenue
  4:00 – 7:00 pm – Free Glaucoma Screening – in the Lions Tent
