POMONA – The Pomona Host Lions Club won District Club of the Year at the recent District 4-L4 Convention held in Palm Springs.
The 43-member Pomona club competed against all Division B clubs, which have 26 to 50 members.

Attention: Eye Doctors and overseas missionaries, The Uniontown Lions Club has recycled eyeglasses for distribution

The Uniontown Lions Club recycles used eye glasses, both children and adults. We separate by class, clean and read the prescriptions of the eye glasses collected from various counties in our area.
These glasses are recorded with our lensometers, the prescriptions noted and placed in individual plastic see-through bags and packaged in boxes-of lots of 100.
